Policies & Payments:
For clients who have a one time project or need occasional assistance, rates are billed at $45.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. There will be no contract for these clients but work will require a 50% down payment.
Retainer packages are available for clients who wish to work with Smart Secretarial Service on a regular basis. These clients will pay discounted hourly rates.
A contract must be signed before beginning any work. Invoices will be sent monthly and retainers must be paid in advance. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. Time incurred over retainer hours is billed at the hourly rate of that package.
Clients will be billed for additional expenses such as postage, specialty papers, envelopes, and printing.
Rush projects will incur a 20% service charge.
Smart Secretarial Service accepts checks, money orders and PayPal.
There will be a $35.00 service fee for any returned checks.
All administrative and secretarial projects require a one hour minimum. Rates are billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour.
All organizing projects require a two hour minimum. Any time used over an hour is billed to the next hour.
For Marketing Materials that require logo design or special artwork there will be a set up fee based upon the scope of the project which will be billed in addition to our hourly rate.
First draft revisions to your documents will be made at no cost. Any additional revisions will be charged at the hourly rate.
All work is backed up and saved at no additional charge.
Most secretarial work can be done off site through email, regular mail, telephone or fax, however, for all office organizing services, which are done on site, we only travel within Bergen County New Jersey.
Refunds: Smart Secretarial Service does not offer any refunds for any services or projects under any circumstances for any reason.
